I love the "Farm to Table" concept!!!!

I do not have a personal involvement in the "FARM" part of the equation, but I do love working with the fruits (and vegetables) of other peoples labors and bringing them to my "TABLE". 

Visiting a Farmer's Market is one of my favorite things to do in the summer.  If I can take those ingredients and whip up a new recipe - I have hit my summer fun daily double.

I thought it would be fun to spend this growing season working with new recipes and incorporating  "LOCAL" ingredients when possible.  I am always looking for inspiration so please pass on your favorites!!
