There is not a local ingredient anywhere to be found in this recipe, but I am so proud that I successfully BAKED anything that I want to document the event!! I received a YUMMY jar of lemon Curd for my birthday - and made it into uber - yummy Lemon Curd Bars. Picture Source: "Allrecipes.com" We ate them all before I got a picture.
