I made this Rhubarb Chutney I found in Relish Magazine to go over some grilled pork chops. Mine looks different (not as red) but I think that is due to the different variety of Rhubarb that I grow. I thought the vinegar taste was too strong, but I halved the recipe to there is always a possibility there was some "operator error" involved.
