I ran across this recipe for PESTO one day while BLOG surfing. I am not sure who to credit now (sorry chef), but it is so YUMMY - I still want to share. Perfect on the Butternut Squash Raviolis I had for lunch.
PESTO
1/2 cup Basil
1/2 cup Spinach
1/4 cup Walnuts
1-2 Cloves Garlic
Juice from 1/2 of a Lemon
Salt-Pepper- EVOO
